This spacious 110 m² gite consists of a ground floor with a modern and fully equipped American kitchen, a lounge area and a dining area. You will also find a bedroom on the ground floor with a 140 x 200 cm bed, shower and sink. Separate toilets complete the ground floor..
Upstairs, you have another bedroom with a 180 x 200 cm bed (twin beds), and a third bedroom with a 140 x 200 cm bed and a 90 x 200 cm bed. The large mezzanine accommodates a sofa convertible into a 160 x 200 cm bed. A bathroom with shower and separate WC are also available on this level.

On the east side, you will find a private garden and a large covered terrace equipped with a table, chairs and a barbecue. On the west side you will find a private garden with deckchair, parasol, table and benches.
